Refund Policy
Because our Products are digital files delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds by default. We do make exceptions in specific situations listed below.
When we offer refunds
We will issue a refund for any of the following:
- The file you received is corrupt, incomplete, or the wrong file. (Email us and we’ll send the correct file first — refund only if we can’t resolve it.)
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- An unauthorized person used your payment method to make the purchase. (You may be asked to provide documentation.)
- We determine in our sole discretion that a refund is appropriate based on your specific circumstances.
When we do not offer refunds
We do not refund for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Not reading the product description before buying.
- Inability or unwillingness to customize the template for your situation.
- Belief that the template does not include a clause you were hoping for (product descriptions list what is included).
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago.
How to request a refund
Email support@claused.shop within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy the Product. Tell us the order number and the reason for the refund request. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being blocked from future purchases and, where appropriate, referred to our payment processor for review.
