Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to every purchase of a product from Claused. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

The products sold by Claused are digital files — including editable contract templates, legal document templates, guides, playbooks, spreadsheets, and related materials (each, a “Product”). Products are delivered electronically only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our sales platform (currently Gumroad, Stripe, or another processor we may designate from time to time). All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required by law.

Payment is processed by our payment processor. Claused does not store your full payment card information.

3. Delivery

After a successful purchase, you will receive access to download your Product immediately, and an order confirmation with a download link will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive your Product within 24 hours, contact support@claused.shop.

4. License, Not Sale

You are purchasing a license to use the Product under the terms set out in our Single-User License Terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the Product itself. Full license terms are posted at claused.shop/license.

5. Refunds

Because the Products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final except as set out in our Refund Policy, which is available at claused.shop/refunds.

6. No Legal Advice

The Products are templates and educational materials, not legal advice. Purchase of a Product does not create an attorney–client relationship with Claused. See claused.shop/disclaimer for full details.

7. Accuracy of Product Descriptions

We try to describe our Products accurately, but typographical errors, outdated information, or changes in the law may occur. If a Product’s description contains a material error, we may cancel the order and refund the purchase price as our sole remedy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms apply to all purchases made after the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF CLAUSED LLC FORMATION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
